  • Everything But The Bagel seasoning, to sprinkle

Instructions

  1. Combine Dry Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, mix together the gluten-free flour, baking powder, unflavored protein powder, and salt until well combined.
  2. Add Greek Yogurt: Stir in the plain unsweetened Greek yogurt to the dry mixture and mix until a sticky dough forms.
  3. Divide Dough: Lightly flour your work surface and divide the dough into 10 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a ball.
  4. Fill with Cream Cheese: Flatten each dough ball and place about 1 tsp of cream cheese in the center.
  5. Seal and Reshape: Carefully fold the dough over the cream cheese, sealing the edges, and reshape each into a smooth ball.
  6. Apply Egg Wash and Season: Brush each ball with the beaten egg (or spray lightly with oil) and sprinkle Everything But The Bagel seasoning on top as desired.
  7. Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) and let it warm up for 5 minutes.
